General
We accept returns on all unopened and undamaged products with original packaging within 2 days of delivery. The returned products will be checked with proof of purchase and should be eligible for refund as stated below. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. Return shipment cost will be borne by the customer.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. BSH Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Requirements
(1) Proof of purchase (order number, quotation, invoice)
(2) Request for returns and refunds has to be for a valid and eligible product (please find below).
(3) All requests has to be submitted within 1 day upon delivery date.
(4) BSH Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd will act and decide on the refund and replacement request.
Eligible Product for Refund
You may refund/replace your item due to any of the following reasons:
Wrong product – The product SKU does not match the order OR invoice.
Damaged – The product SKU arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened, and 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product.
Defective – The product SKU arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened.
Non-Returnable Products
All non-returnable products will have a specific mention on the product information while you are browsing through product(s).
To Submit a Return or Replacement
(1) Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6 016 332 6195 or via email at inquiry@bsh.com.my
(2) Provide photo evidence and invoice number where applicable.
(3) BSH Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd will act and decide on the return and refund request within 2 days.
(4) All payment refund(s) will be made within 10 working days.
(5) Once request has been approved, return the products to the following address

(6) Once the return products have been checked, refunds will be received within 10 days after the confirmation.
