Preparation:

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add Mizan Pumpkin  Stick Noodles to the boiling water.
3. Cook for 5-8 minutes until tender but still chewy.
4. Drain the noodles and rinse briefly under cold water.
5. Stir-fry or cook with your favorite ingredients.
