Descriptions: Tempura Chicken Strips are made from chicken, water, soy protein, seasoning and tempura batter. The strips has a mild chicken flavour with black pepper and celery flavour. The chicken meat is ground, mix well with seasoning and formed in desired shape. It is then coated with tempura process and par fried prior to freezing process.

Ingredients: Chicken, Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Seasoning [Sugar, Salt, Corn Flour, Flavour Enhancer (INS 621, INS 635), Garlic, Onion, Spice, Palm Fat, Citric Acid], Phosphate (INS 451i, INS 452i), Salt, Coating [Maize Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt, Native Wheat Starch, Raising Agents (INS 450i, INS 500ii), Dextrose, Spices (Contains Celery), Non-hydrogenated Sunflower Oil], Palm Olein.
Allergens: Celery, Gluten(Wheat), Soy

Cook immediately from frozen state until golden brown.

• Heat Oil to 170℃ – 180℃
• Deep - fry for 4 – 5 minutes
• Ready to serve.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18℃
