Ingredients: Fish Fillet, Water, Cassava Starch, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Palm Oil , Nut , Salt, Flavour Enchancer INS 635 INS 621, Albumen (Egg), Thickener INS 1414, Flavouring Crab , Colouring , INS 120 INS 160b.

Preparation: 

• Tasty stir - fry - Defrost product , then cut the product into desire size, stir fry with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodle) about 2-3 minutes 
• Steam - Heat the water unil boil 100°C . Steam the frozen product for 10 minutes
• Boil - Boil the forzen product in 100°C. Hot soup for approximately 10 minutes 
• Air fry - Defrost product, air fry the product at 180°C about 8 minutes. Turn the product over half- way through the total cooking time.  

Storage temperature: Keep frozen below -18°C
